SW Surf shop in Imi Ouaddar. The exact meeting details are confirmed after booking. Customers renting for four days or more may request free delivery to an agreed location between Agadir and Imsouane.

Equipment can be collected every day between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Same-day rental is available subject to equipment availability, and customers may also visit the shop without an advance reservation.

Return the equipment on the agreed date and time between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM. A full-day rental may last up to 24 hours. Late returns are charged for each additional rental day.

Collecting from the Shop

Rentals of fewer than four days are collected from the SW Surf shop in Imi Ouaddar. The shop handles rental collection and returns every day from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

Free Multi-Day Delivery

For rentals of four days or more, SW Surf can deliver the equipment free of charge to an agreed location between Agadir and Imsouane. Provide your accommodation or meeting location when booking so the delivery can be confirmed.

Return Time

Your due date and return time are confirmed when the equipment is released. A full-day rental may be kept for up to 24 hours, but the return must take place during the shop’s rental hours. If the return is late, the customer pays for each additional day.

Changing Equipment

You may ask to change the surfboard or wetsuit during the rental. Exchanges depend on the equipment and sizes available at that time and are handled through the shop.

Identification Required

The renter must present a valid driving licence. SW Surf takes a photograph of the licence for the rental record; the customer keeps the original document. For a renter under 18, a parent or responsible adult must complete the agreement and provide the identification.

Payment

The customer pays the full price for all booked rental days before receiving the equipment. Payment can be made in cash or by card through the website.

Equipment Condition

Check the surfboard, fins, leash and wetsuit with SW Surf before leaving. The selected equipment and its condition should be recorded when it is released and checked again when it is returned.

Late, Damaged or Lost Equipment

• A late return is charged for every additional rental day.
• If equipment is damaged but can be repaired, the customer pays the actual repair cost.
• If a surfboard is broken completely through the middle, the customer pays 50% of that board’s replacement price.
• If equipment is lost, the customer pays its full replacement price.

Using the Equipment

Choose conditions appropriate for your swimming and surfing ability, care for the equipment and follow local ocean-safety guidance. Rental does not include instruction or in-water supervision. Customers who need help learning to surf should book a surf lesson.

Booking, Cancellation and Refunds

• Book through the website, WhatsApp, telephone or by visiting the shop.
• Same-day rental is available subject to equipment availability.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before the agreed collection or delivery time to receive a refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the agreed time are not refundable.

1. Choose the rental period. Select a half-day, full-day or 24-hour rental, or enter the number of days required. The discounted daily rate is applied automatically according to the rental length.
2. Send your details. Provide your full name, WhatsApp number, preferred dates, wetsuit size, preferred board type and the age of any renter under 18.
3. Confirm availability. SW Surf checks the available equipment and confirms the set, price, collection time or eligible delivery arrangement.
4. Provide identification and payment. Present a valid driving licence. SW Surf photographs it for the rental record, and you keep the original. Pay the total price for the booked rental period.
5. Check the equipment. Inspect the surfboard, fins, leash and wetsuit with SW Surf and confirm the agreed due date and return time.
6. Exchange equipment if necessary. Contact or visit the shop if you need a different available board or wetsuit size during the rental.
7. Return on time. Return the complete set in the agreed condition between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM. Additional days, repairs or replacement charges are paid when applicable.
